If you can't fit them in whatever you're using on your workout, then they're not very useful, are they? The packets are ~5.3" tall x 2.25" wide, but **IMPORTANT NOTE**: they're very slender and not filled to the top, so they are *very* flexible. You can easily fold them in half so they're ~2.5" tall, or fold them in half so they're ~1" wide.
