Review: Covered everything I needed to know! - I purchased this book to take one of the open-book certification exams with the Council of Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). The book made it a breeze! For anybody looking to save money, instead of getting this specific book they can just get one of these free self-study guides directly from their website. They have a different training guide broken-down for each belt level (Black Belt, Green Belt, Yellow Belt, White Belt, etc.) They are shorter ebooks, but still appear to have everything you would need to pass the open-book exams. Since I would rather have the full edition on my Kindle, spending a couple dollars more was easily worth it. That said, I did notice that the kindle version had a couple minor font issues (I don't think the Kindle can reproduce the sigma symbol). However, this really isn't a big deal considering that the Kindle version is practically free. I will probably also buy the paperback version since I prefer the feel of a physical text book (easier to flip from section to section). It's been great. Easy to read and understand though the index could use some work and I would have liked more information other than chapter titles in the table of contents.
