On packet just says not suitable for children under 3 yrs old. Use with caution age 3 to 6 yrs old. **Q: Has it got to be in the fridge** A: Once opened, close the bottle and store in a refrigerator for a maximum of 24hrs **Q: How much protein in each shake?** A: I'm sorry that I can't answer that question right very well. My husband had a liver transplant October 2000 and when he came home from hospital he was advised by his consultants to drink Fortisip for a couple of months to help rebuild his body strength. Now that he doesn't take it any more and is recovering successfully I'm afraid the cartons are gone and I can't remember the protein levels.
