Das Gerät hat uns nach den ersten 10 Tagen im fast täglichen Einsatz voll überzeugt und ist eine enorme Arbeitserleichterung in der Küche. 1. Stabilität und Befestigung (Saugfuß-Leistung) Die Stabilität des Geräts ist absolut überzeugend. Der starke Vakuumsaugfuß hält auf der Arbeitsfläche bombenfest und verhindert jegliches Verrutschen während des Reibevorgangs. Wir haben bisher erfolgreich Gouda (im Block) und verschiedene Gemüsesorten gerieben. 2. Kurbelmechanismus und Kraftaufwand Die Bedienung mittels Kurbel ist sehr leichtgängig.
