You can test this by running a cotton pad over your face after application. I’m also allergic to propylene glycol and my skin is sensitive to products. I have never worn foundation because my skin couldn’t breathe and I would break out. This product is amazing! It tones down my red cheeks. Yes it did have an orange glow when you apply and the first day it was a touch irritating but my face looks so much more even tone now. Once the product absorbs into the skin, the orange tint goes away. It is not cakey and doesn’t bunch up around wrinkles. No break outs. I use it every day now.
