I've had very minimal SI joint pain when mountain biking. YAY! I still feel slight twinges here and there, but nothing that would stop me from riding. And I ride pretty hard core single track - I've been a mt biker since 1989 and live in Colorado. Plus, my ankles are strong and my knee seems totally healed. I do 50 squats every other day, no problem. I just wish it would help with my tendonitis!
