Just like the wireless one here (I have two of them)** A: Yes but I have to change batteries every 3 months also, I have to press the right button which is for enter all the way down to the bottom. I don't like it. I will replace it as soon as I can find a reliable one. **Q: If I program this mouse on one computer on one computer and then use it on another computer with the programming saved?** A: To my knowledge you cannot 'program' this mouse. You can configure it, such as button function, but that is done on the computer via the driver settings. If you moved the trackball to another computer, those settings would have to be done done again. **Q: Is the red ball the red ball, the newer more accurate replacement ball, or just simply colored red? Sorry if I missed it in the prior answers.
