My granddaughter wanted a second piercing in her ears, so I ordered these. I did use some tattoo numbing cream on her ear lobes first. I measured twice, marked her lobes, looked to make sure they were marked evenly giving enough space for any size earring she may choose to wear in that second piercing. She was nervous for the first gun, the click sound scared her but she said that didn't hurt at all and was relaxed and fine for the second one. She had zero redness, no pain and no swelling and absolutely no infection whatsoever. We used a 100% sterile saline to clean them, and we kept her long hair tied up for the first week and a bit. No touching them with dirty hands was a must. This kit is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about it. It's easy to use, works incredibly well at a fraction of the price at salons giving perfect piercings!
