I’ve been drinking spearmint and red raspberry leaf tea for hormonal acne and during my period for cramps and this stuff really works!! Very grateful. Also the tea itself is very tasty. Tastes like a gentle peppermint tea. My blend I’ve got going now is raspberry leaf, stinging nettle, spearmint, and hibiscus.
