For my first floor cleaning, I used am inexpensive microfiber towel. After an initial thorough cleaning of my floor, I started using the regular mop head cleaning pads that came with the Swiffer Sweeper. **Q: Is this the new style?** A: Its new style with regular size **Q: Are the wet floor pads scented?** A: My pads were not scented. They are a lightweight to medium weight cleaning pad. I needed something a little stronger to start my cleaning project. I bought some small microfiber towels and pinned one around the mop head. I got these microfiber towels for less than $1 each. For me, this was a good way to begin my floor cleaning project. I threw away the first several towels instead of cleaning them because they were so filthy. Now I am using the regular pads that came with the mop. Clean up is now simple,quick and easy after getting the initial floor cleaning accomplished. Good luck.
