厚さを料理に合わせて、3段階に調節できます。 握りてと本体の下の方がシリコンで滑りにくくなっているので、つかいやすいです。ものすごく切れ味の良い刃で指用ガードが付いていますが、そのギザギザもスパッと切れました。
