Review: 少しずつ読み続けて、２年程かかって読み終わりました。 読み終わって気付いたことは、 「何が書いてあったか全然思い出せない」ということです。 読んでいる最中は、その時その時でハッとする気付きが あったと思うのですが、本の内容が記憶に残ってない。 せいぜいunderstandとawareが何度も出てきたような 気がする・・・程度です。 読後には見事に何も残っていないのですが、別にそれでいいと 思えるところが本書を読んだ後（書いてある内容を実行した後） での一番の収穫？といえるかもしれません。

潜在意識と顕在意識を区別する次元に留まっていては覚醒に程遠い。。。超自我の見出し方を示唆してくれる素晴らしい著書です。クリシュナムルティ独特の問答形式で、時間を忘れ引き込まれていきます。
