A: Yes it is listed, but it is a bit larger than one rack unit. It did not fit the space. I'll have to buy something else.

**Q: Can you flip the ears around so it is flush with the back for mounting?**
A: Yes, the ears can be flipped, but it needs to adjusted manually, but it's easy

**Q: Can the outlets be rotated 90 degrees?**
A: Please kindly note that the mounting bracket just can be rotated 180 degrees.

**Q: Is the 19" measurement from center-to-center of the mounting holes or the width of the box casing of the unit?**
A: It fits in a standard 19inch telco/computer rack
