The reason it is my favourite is because it contains tea tree oil. I suffer terribly with lichen planus, and this is the hand wash of choice for me to reduce the plaques that flare up on my hands and fingers. I also now use it as a body wash as it helps with flare ups on other parts of the body. I've found that colloidal silver and MSM certainly reduce itching from this company's portfolio of products I've used so far. The tea tree oil is the icing on the cake for me.I'd like to suggest they add tea tree oil to their lichen planus gel.The high standard of packaging, the fonts used on the packaging give the impression of an expensive product and good manufacturing practice.The only downside is the price, which I presume is linked to the high price of silver, but is a price worth paying for healthier, itch-free skin.If you have problem skin like me, then give this a try. Certainly my skin feels much healthier and cleaner washing with this, than with other "anti-bacterial" washes.
