But at this weight most large pots or dutch ovens should hold the meat in one piece to braise without any problems (my medium pot held it just fine, and my large pot is only of fairly average size), and it's also less fuss than chopping it up anyway. It still cooked through beautifully despite being in one piece, and I had melting falling off the bone delicious ragu after a three hour simmer, which is about the same timeframe I'd expect from smaller pieces. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious *by E***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 April 2022* I struggled to find it in the supermarkets and I was very pleased to find it here. Oh, not sure how it managed this, but the meat-gristle managed to stay Tough after 45 mins in the Pressure Cooker - How??
