I tried to reach out to the seller and got 1 direct email from customer service then only automated messages. Stuck with a useless dispenser. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Difficult to refill soap *by D***N on December 15, 2025* For the most part, I really like the soap dispenser. I like that it can be mounted and the different settings for the dispenser. It also works for a long time without having to recharge it. However, I have a lot of trouble refilling this dispenser. It’s very hard to open and close. The ridges in the plastic to screw the top of the dispenser back together with the bottom of the dispenser don’t match up easily and fitting them together is challenging. If they are not fit together exactly then the dispenser won’t work. After messing with it for about 10 minutes tonight, I finally gave up.
