I've only mainly used the purple one so far, and it has definitely helped. I went from five assisted pull ups to eight in a matter of two days. The product is made with what seems like a very good quality rubber, so it does have great elasticity and resistance. I'm not sure how it would age over time, and repeated stretching, so maybe I'll edit this in a few months, but for now the product does exactly what it advertises. They can also be used for other exercises at home, like face pulls and quite a few exercises that might have called for a cable machine at the gym. You do need something sturdy to loop it around though. I've used it on a wrought iron hook from the ceiling and on my window grill successfully so far.Edit: They also email you a PDF workout guide right after purchase; I'd originally missed this and wrote to them asking about it and they graciously re-sent it to me right away. The guide has a whole bunch of exercises that you can do with the resistance bands, a definite value add. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ordered a black one, looks good, works good. *by J***Y on 25 April 2018* I ordered a black one, the quality is good. Used it for a day by me and a friend and it helps. I got it for Calesthenics workout, front lever and other holds. And it does help in improving form and it did help a friend in pull ups and muscle ups. The only problem I have is that it smells bad but that is something anyone can budge with. Good stuff even has 6 months + extended warranty. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as advertised. Starter booklet for using the bands is a really nice touch. *by A***R on 29 June 2018* PROSHave only used it for a couple of days, so no extensive testing done yet. But, it seems to work as advertised, good length and thickness of the band. These bands came with a welcome booklet with a link to a PDF that provides tips/suggestions for using the bands, a really nice touch and not something you see with other brands. There is also an option on the website to register your purchase and avail of a warranty in case of any damage etc. Note, you need to register on their website to avail of the warranty.CONSUnlike other bands I have used, these ones have a strong "rubber-band" odour. I washed the bands with dish-washing liquid hoping it would get rid of the odour. There was some change but it still persists. Hoping it will fade over time and regular use. This would have been a 5 star product had it not been for the odour.
