Le cadre ne s'écarte pas pendant la cuisson ou le montage. • Qualité de l'inox : On sent la qualité de fabrication allemande. L'acier est épais, ne se déforme pas à la chaleur et ne s'oxyde pas après plusieurs passages au lave-vaisselle. • Précision : Les graduations à l'intérieur sont un vrai plus pour obtenir des couches régulières sans avoir à sortir une règle. • Démoulage propre : En passant une petite spatule sur les bords, le cadre glisse tout seul, laissant des bords parfaitement nets pour les gâteaux à étages.
