**Q: does this fit in pocket?**
A: It would fit in a jacket pocket but not youe blue jeans pocket

**Q: Does this screw in or snap in?**
A: More like pushes in and sets in place, no snaps or screws or other attachment process.

**Q: can you add tubing to this if so what could i use?**
A: Don't know. Never had a reason to use a tube. The opening is about 1/2. Might be able to get tubing from a pet store that has fish

**Q: Does this work for sitting down? would it work for some one in a wheelchair who has limited body movement?**
A: I have not used it yet; bought to use in my plane if needed.  I think it will be somewhat challenging to use but is the best option out there for what I need it for.  I am not sure if you could be sitting completely down to use??? May be more like a 'squating' position'
