Lightweight and compact. However, for anyone interested, they no longer have the "color-coding" feature, at least from the seller I bought it from. They are just a plain stick with wooden handle. I still want to keep these as they are great and are a great price, but I wanted to let people know so they aren't surprised, as I was.The seller sent the following information:"We're sorry, but we have discontinued the color coded handles. The reason for that is: The fork with the color coded plastic does not use a food grade stainless steel. The steel on that fork was a poor grade steel. So our new fork that you received is a better quality fork, cost us more but uses food grade stainless steel which is safe for cooking.Unfortunately, we are unable to change the picture or any descriptions on our Amazon listing because our listing was created too long ago. We hate to create a new listing because we will lose all of our reviews.
