My daughter is able to do most anything with wheels easily, but these took time to learn how to do. She got discouraged at first, but kept practicing and eventually figured it out. **Q: is it hard** A: Honestly, yes and my kids love skateboarding and riding bikes... but these are pretty lame and not worth the money. **Q: is it electric** A: No, it's not electric...No motors... you have to work to get these moving. Imagine wearing roller skates sideways. It's a fun way to move but not an easy mode of transportation. **Q: can it go off road** A: My 13 year-old could barely get the hang of standing on Concrete, so she hasn't attempted off-road.
