At 55 and still working an early 8-hour shift, it's hard to prop my eyes open long enough to watch the show. But when I do, I love the Thank you note segments. There's something very calming about listening to Fallon as he gently thanks all the rude, ridiculous, perverse, disturbing, annoying, and absurd things we encounter in our daily lives. This book (and his first one) are the next best things! You will laugh yourself silly, guaranteed.But, I wonder if I win a prize of some sort here. I found one joke (only one) that is an exact duplicate of one that appeared in the first book, word for word and with the same graphic too. On page 17 in Thank You Notes 2, this thank you note appears: "Thank you...Christmas decorations, for going up right after Halloween. Nothing says "holidays" like seeing my neighbor replace his plastic Dracula with a plastic baby Jesus."That same thank you note appears in book one on page 42! So, Thank you, ...Jimmy Fallon and your writing crew, for helping me prove my memory retention is still in tact and I am not going senile! I'll be awaiting my $10,000+ prize you must have waiting for me for finding this obviously planted joke. No? Oh well.....Seriously...my son was impressed I recalled that and found it in the first book! Yay....no old folks home for me, yet! Thanks again Jimmy and crew for making me laugh myself senseless. If you enjoy the humor of Jimmy Fallon, you will not be disappointed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hilarious Little Book *by B***Z on Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2012* This is a great book, it's definitely as funny as Thank You Notes 1, but this time around I think a lot of the jokes are new as I'm not recognizing as many of them. I haven't read through it completely, but I've already laughed out loud multiple times. The book also comes with a cool sound chip so you can play the music while you read the jokes, but the activation is a little hit and miss. However, Jimmy does usually joke with the pianist at the beginning of the skit, so I won't let it lower my score. Similar to the original Thank You Notes, the book isn't too long, but it is hilarious and for the discounted Amazon price, it was a definite buy.
