**Q: Is this a screen protector or is it the screen because my screen is broken? I want to know if is it work?**
A: This is just the glass on the front of the phone. It is not a screen protector and is not the digital screen behind the glass. If you have cracks but the picture is fine, this should be your choice.

**Q: Do I need to remove the back glass and take apart anything in order to replace the front glass? Or can I just replace the front glass alone?**
A: better off claiming it on insurance   very difficult to remove the front glass
