What a top CD this is, 11 tracks of high octane garage and boogie woogie from the Kings of Swedish garage - The Nomads. As ever the CD is dominated by Hans Ostlunds lead guitar, his trademark licks and riffs being all over every song, as his six string adds depth and clarity to the retro garage sounds of the band. Listening to this CD transports me to a time in the middle '80s, when Swedish garage was at its height, via bands like The Watermelon Men, The Shoutless, Hidden Charms and The Bangsters. The Nomads, however, were always the band at the top of the tree and it is scandalous that they have never achieved commercial acclaim. Still, it is not too late, so buy this CD and stomp around your room to the garage that never closes.

Sono di parte, adoro il garage e mi piacciono molto i Nomads. Questo album, l’ultimo uscito, non aggiunge nulla di nuovo a tutto ciò che di buono hanno fatto in passato, ma è un ottimo album.La confezione è piuttosto misera, cover non apribile e niente testi. Vinile leggero, ma suona piuttosto bene. Consigliassimo per gli amanti del genere, ma anche a chi vuole un assaggio di puro garage.
