**Q: Is this better than the Nestle version?**
A: It is different than the Nestle. It is all personal preference. This may be slightly richer in taste

A: Hello,
Your always welcome to walk in our local store with better price option, because its shipping its always like more of prices. we are paying more shipping then the product price itself.

**Q: If this is real Mexican chocolate, one should be able to use water instead of milk. Is this true for Ibarra?**
A: This is the “Mexican hot chocolate” a lot of families grew up with. You always make it with milk. I’m sure you can use water but you’re ruining the overall flavor. If you want to go vegan use coconut milk instead.

Do yourself a favor though and go look up the recipe online. Real Mexican Hot Chocolate has a little picante in it. Some cayenne pepper and a dash of chili powder. Fresh cinnamon garnished with a cinnamon stick and chocolate shavings, even marshmallows if you like. Base ingredients are baking cocoa, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon, and grated bittersweet chocolate. Heat the milk to about 100f and slowly mix in the chocolate and cocoa.

I'd wanted to try this style of hot chocolate for a while. It was pretty good & the extra effort was worth it to make, but a bit expensive & I'd probably only get it again if I was having a house party & wanted to show off by making "fancy" hot chocolate
