However the case split along the side seam where the front rubbery material is joined to the harder plastic back. It appears that this seam aligns with the edge of the phone so pressure there over time caused it to fail, poor design decision, no big deal, submitted a warranty claim via their website and after 1 week no reply other than auto response that I submitted the form.1 star is for poor customer service combined with just an o.k. design. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Durable *by A***H on Reviewed in the United States on 1 September 2018* New replacement for same case that wore out from use.
