Product Description Plumping Top Coat builds instant volume to plump nails for a gel-like look with a protective, high-gloss finish. Ingredients Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, Acrylates Copolymer, Trimethyl Pentanyl Diisobutyrate, Tribenzoin, Benzophenone-1, Dimethicone, CI 60725 (Violet 2). Directions Firstly apply your chosen OPI base coat. Then apply 2 coats of nail varnish. To apply Plumping Top Coat, begin at the centre of your nail, roughly a couple of mm from your cuticle. Let the bristles fan out for maximum coverage and with each brush stroke, brush out to the free edge. Wait for 60-90 seconds after your final coat of nail varnish before applying this top coat. Apply to each side of the initial brush stroke, overlapping slightly.

Review: Does create a nice finish - I love this especially with an ombre which has stippling when done with a spinge. It gives a more salon like finish. I find that one thick sweep gives the effect. MUST be patient. Does not chip and even though i do have sone nail recovery going on from using a non glass file i find this topcoat also does not perl or chip at the areas of tip damage (though i do cap!)

**Q: How do I properly prep the nail?**
A: Begin by pushing back the cuticles and cleaning the nail plate - removing any hangnails or dead tissue, Cleanse the nails with OPI Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated with N.A.S 99 Nail Cleansing Solution to get perfectly prepped nails.

**Q: Why do I get bubbles in my manicure?**
A: For best nail art results, always allow each coat to dry before applying the next coat of Nail Lacquer. If the previous coats are still wet, they will continue to dry under the new coat of polish, resulting in air bubbles getting trapped in between.

**Q: Why is my Infinite Shine nail polish streaky?**
A: Make sure to apply Infinite Shine nail polish using the Three Stroke Method to avoid streaking and create an even application. Take enough polish on the brush for your three stokes, but not too much to flood the cuticles. Apply on center then sides.

**Q: How do I remove cuticle flooding?**
A: Easily remove OPI Nail Lacquer nail polish from the skin by dipping a brush or Q-tip into Expert Touch Lacquer Remover and cleaning around the cuticle to remove excess nail polish.

**Q: My OPI Infinite Shine nail polish is thick. Can I use Nail Lacquer thinner?**
A: Yes! If your OPI Infinite Shine color has gotten thick, you can use Nail Lacquer thinner. However, we don't recommend using Nail Lacquer thinner on OPI Infinite Shine Primer or Gloss because it may interfere with the gel technology.
