Have to let it set on top of hair for 5 minutes or so. Toners always look muddy to in my hair. This shampoo gives me that beautiful baby light blonde color. Takes yellow out. Doesn’t look to ash either. I love it. Conditioner is great too!

**Q: Can i use it on my natural grey hair?  i do not color it.  i simply want it to enhance, moisturize, and calm my grey hair.**
A: Yes. That’s what I use it on and have for probably 5-6 years.

**Q: Does it bring out the silver in gray hair ?**
A: Not sure but seems to brighten my hair. It’s never yellow as some shampoos do. I have been using this shampoo for several years and love it.

A: Yes, it's purple.

**Q: has anyone had experience with this on dreadlocks? or is this a residue free shampoo?**
A: I dont have locks but this shampoo does leave a residue behind. I hated it.
