**Q: Where do I get on/off tap**
A: I have mine installed under the counter and plumbed in to a normal tap to control it. However if you opt for the over the counter installation and use the tap attachment that comes in the box and shown in the picture, you would need to fit a tap or stop cock to the cold water inlet side.

**Q: Can this be mounted horizontally as well as vertically? Thank you**
A: Hi, Thanks for your inquiry. This item can be mounted vertically but cannot horizontally. From the fig. 2&3 on our product page, you can see there are two installation methods. With the spout, you can install it over the sink. While you can also disassembly the spout and install the handwash under the sink. Hope it can help.

A: Hi, the electric handwas is powered by the  230V electric power source but not battery. It can be connected to a power plug or directly to the power source. Hope it helps.

**Q: hello the pictures show no switch on the handwash, how can i control the on/off, and i also want to know how long will it heat the water up?**
A: Hi, thanks for your inquiry.  Please kindly note that a water flow valve need to be installed in the water inlet. Hot water comes out just about 3-5 seconds, no need to be preheated.
