Review: Awesome tray that does exactly what you need it to do! - I purchased these water bottle trays to be used to melt broken crayons into new whole crayons. While I did not make ice, using them to move hot wax made me understand why people were finding them "hard to fill" since they could potentially spill. Since I read the reviews of this product before purchase I knew this may be an issue with very hot wax. My solution (which worked just fine for the hot wax and would work equally well with water) was to put the tray on a cookie sheet first, fill it then let the wax (or ice) harden. Once hard the silicon trays were no longer difficult to transport. The wax crayons came out without having to use any kind of additional spray and held up fantastically to both hot and cold exposure. While I realize this not what the tray was designed for, it works extremely well for this purpose. I also would like to note it would be fabulous for ice cubes for this reason. Finding fault with the product for being 'flimsy' seems a tad silly as it would seem equally tricky to remove ice cubes from a less flexible item. It cleans up very nicely and I am looking forward to using it again and again. I would highly recommend this product and have in fact done so.

Great size for the grandkids

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good for freezing 2 tsp servings of baby food

I just started my 6 month old baby on solids and it was good to be able to freeze her food in small portions that she can finish in one sitting. I wanted to make sure she would have a variety of food to eat during each sitting so small portions allowed me to do that. But as a fair warning... My baby started eating a lot of solids fairly quickly where she would eat 3 cubes (or 6 tsp or 2 tbsp or 1 oz) each sitting. So I ended up buying the Tevolo perfect cube silicone ice trays that freezes 1 oz of baby food per cube. But every baby is different... So don't eat a lot of a while and some take to eating fast. But I am still glad I got these HIC ice trays because I'm sure I will use them again on my next baby. But if you are looking to use these as actual ice cube trays, they are pretty pointless because they are just too small.
