The soft tip won't damage your screens, but I do wonder about its longevity. At the current price, I probably wouldn't replace the iPic, were it to fail. That's sad, but true. It's just too expensive for what it is, and, because of the price and the questionably soft tip, I'm not comfortable carrying the iPic in my pocket with other items for fear that it will be damaged, so I don't usually take it with me, further reducing its usefulness. The non-standard shape also means it doesn't readily fit in the typical tablet case, and has to be accommodated, separately.It's a very cool little gadget that isn't all that useful, in the long run. Still, I'll keep using it 'til it quits, then it's back to the finger, unless the price comes way down. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ useful accessory *by S***N on October 31, 2014* This is a handy tool/accessory for using Garage Band and similar apps. I also use it for many other apps in lieu of a pen-style stylus. I would give it five stars if the point was smaller. Although the working end is the same size as most any stylus, I would prefer something pointed similar to an S pen for drawing, photo editing and handwriting. I like the guitar pick size and shape. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great as is. Better off leash *by K***X on July 6, 2017* This is a great product and I don't know why there are more like it. Compact and completely functional. My only suggestion is get rid of the leash it comes with. It does not stay attached to the phone very long and the metal parts in the leash can scatch the phones surface.
