Review: great supplement but diet and water intake is necessary - Product does have sweetness to it and based on the nutritional facts it does have a lot of valued ingredients but you’ll find more in store bought vitamins. I will say that I took 2/day with 1 of the blue hair vitamins and within 2 weeks; i can feel and see the difference in my hair. My hair is fuller and it grew between 3/4-1 inch all around my hair. I did experience a hormonal breakout on my face. Note that I have sensitive skin and have had hormonal breakout before but taking these vitamins doesn’t work on it’s own. You want to be mindful of your diet and drinking plenty of water to get rid of the excess and toxin in your body. If you do that, the hormonal breakouts can be controlled which where i am with it thus far. Again, only two weeks and I do like the product. I purchased a second bottle to give it a full review. I have hair/skin/health goals I’m trying to obtained and I’m using this on my journey.
