I called Ecobee three times and they reviewed the system online and claimed everything was connected right and something else was the cause.I figured I'd address it before next summer until I put on the Heat, the furnace would not fire up, obviously I contacted Ecobee and got the same answer as before. Out of exasperation I contacted another HVAC Tech and with one look he said "that thermos is not computable to 2 stage high efficacy systems".Ecobee claims it should but it may not with some systems.The bottom line is, the Ecobee 4 is a very nice thermostat, but if you have a "2 stage high efficiency system" look elsewhere. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Home IQ does not work! *by D***. on Reviewed in the United States on June 18, 2019* Home IQ does not give me reports. Told by Tech Support that it requires an additional two weeks after the month to be reported to generate reports. I waited nearly three weeks just to get the notice - “May's Runtime Reports Are UnderwayWe are still processing your runtime data for May. Check back soon.”Also, unable to download data. Support told me that was because I use apple OS and the Ecobee System runs on Microsoft.
