Review: It works! - These serve a simple purpose but are also useful. They can be used to monitor another room (like a baby monitor) and I may use for them for that purpose on occasion. Currently my use is to communicate from a house to a detached garage/workshop area. They work fine at ~160 feet or so through multiple walls. The sound quality is a bit worse than I had expected, even when used closer than that, but sounds/voices are still easily understood. There is a lo-fi quality to the sound transmitted that was a little disappointing at first but easy to get used to. The intercom system can be expanded too, which could be a great use for a small business. There are multiple channels that can be paired up to use - a push of one of the number buttons is all it takes to change. There are also 3 channels (A,B,C) that can be selected in case there is interference on one. I tested them to see if they would improve the somewhat "lo-fi" sound quality, but they didn't. I didn't expect them to though since it's more for noise interference which I didn't feel I had, but wanted to at least test to make sure. Additionally, the units are a good small size as well - perfect for their purpose!

Good morning we bought this intercom in 2024. The power inlet on the back is floating in the machine and the machine is not getting power to it. Is there anything you can do either repair it or replace it. Thank you.
