Would highly recommend this item. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use, powerful heat and vibration *by C***U on January 26, 2025* I like that the heat and vibration intensities are strong and that there is a 30-minute automatic shutoff, so I can use it to get to sleep. What I don't like is that the control pad is far to my right, so to see it, I have to twist....and twisting my sprained back is painful. So, I have learned to use a mirror to make adjustments. Minor but worth considering on future models. I also find the battery pack to have a short life.
