The book is easy to read, gives good clear examples, is comprehensive, and thorough on the subject. I like how he advises on following the 45 day and 180 day rule strictly. Additionally the examples of the rulings by the IRS on people who tried to cheat the system where detailed and informative.The book is well worth the price if you are doing just one 1031 exchange or many. He talks about how important your choice of the qualified intermediary is to the success or failure of your 1031 exchange.
