You get crispy waffles just like the hotels' ones. Just cook them for 4 minutes first after you put the batter and follow the 10 sec instructions before rotation (READ THE INSTRUCTIONS) and see if you like them. Adjust the time you let your waffles cook depending on how you want them. For me it is 4 min each set of two waffles. Price is unbeatable for such perfect results. And the double waffle is just a plus, specially helpful for big families. Also, I found out that the must inexpensive Waffle Mix works just perfect! No need to add eggs, or oil or anything. I am buying the Great Value Belgian waffle mix. I am very grateful I found this machine. Never thought I would within my limited price range.
