Also included are two plastic nuts to tighten the refill. If you find the holes for the bolts are too close, simply drill two new holes in the metal base so the refill mop head will fit! **Q: Where on the mop can I find the model number?** A: First you disassemble the mop from the mop handle by turning the two wing nuts 90 degrees counter clockwise.
