**Q: Does this contain peanut oil? the English list of ingredients says "soya bean oil" but i think the Vietnamese list says peanut.**
A: It has soy bean oil.

**Q: Where are the expiration dates on these?**
A: Don't find any.

**Q: Once opened, how long does this last in the fridge?**
A: I've actually had it last 2 months.  It's very good.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very versatile Crab Paste

Crab paste on top of California Roll is very good. On top of baked potato, very good, on tuna salad, very good. On top of imitation crab sticks, very good. Also on: fried rice, hardboiled egg, spaghetti, chip dip, steak, toast and added to balsamic dressing. Flavor is a good balance of garlic and crab. I'm not sure why it is so red, I think they add paprika to it.
