My nails are finally growing strong💛💛!! I had thin fragile nails that would bent and break like they were paper. Now i am finally growing them strong💛💛!!! This is just from one small container. I let the mixture sit over night because the powder clumps in the egg mixture but when I let it all sit overnight the powder dissolves. I then put some butter and a lot of coconut oil in a pan and make a scramble. I have been having this every single day. I take this with me to work in a Stanly and i have this for my meal. I put some thin slices of cheese in there as well and some Real salt. It's so yummy and filling💛 I do keto carnivore and I sometimes will put just a little bit of thinly sliced green cabbage in there for just a bit of veggie and it's just so good!💛
