We know it is a unisex product. The question is when you say size 10 is that a size 10 for men or women? If we know its a size 10 for men, then women know its a size 12 for them. If it is a size 10 for women though and i order them they will be a size 8 in mens and be way too small. **Q: SO confusing! Some of the reviews say the sizes run small, some say they run large. However, selecting the proper size for the toe thong OOriginal Recovery Sandal, isn't easy. I used the sizing chart instructions, outlined and measured the length of my feet on paper, then used the sizing chart to determine the recommended size. It fell just beyond a men's size 12, so I went up to a men's size 13 (which is my normal shoe size). When they arrived, it was a challenge getting my feet into the toe thong as it was very tight (I'm between a D and E width). I wore them around the house for a couple of days thinking they would break in, but nope, quite uncomfortable. So I ordered the same sandal, but went up a size to men's 14. That did the trick, fits perfectly and feels great!I also ordered a pair of OOahh Sport Flex Recovery Sandals in men's size 13, and those fit perfectly and feel just as great on my feet.So, I would recommend ordering your normal shoe size for Oofos sandals that aren't toe thong style.
