Recently bought my second bottle. It's the only shampoo I've found that improves my scaly scalp condition. Anti-dandruff shampoos have only ever made things worse, in addition to making my wiry hair even more crispy and frizzy. Maybe my issue was traditional soap ingredients all along? The small bottle lasted longer than expected. I've found that adding a bit of warm water before lathering, or REALLY soaking your hair works best. I have very thick, but short hair. I still only need about a tablespoon to get my hair clean. If I've been exercising or doing yard work, and got especially sweaty, I will wash a second time. I use Aussie 3-Minute Miracle Smooth conditioner with this. I haven't found anything better. I typically wash my hair every other day. If I don't use too much conditioner on my scalp, my hair is still clean and shiny well into the second day. I also like that this product has almost no scent, which is great if you don't care for strong perfumes.
