DO NOT BUY if you’re above 5’8 *by A***H on 20 June 2020* ***READ THIS REVIEW CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING***Pros:Assembling the bench is explained poorly, however, it’s manageableThe bench is sturdyFor bench-press, it’s a decent machineCons:The range of motion in leg extension and hamstring curls is terribly bad. Specially if you’re above 5’8, your feet will touch the ground in leg extensionLeg extension is almost impossible to perform because there’s hardly any base to rest the thighs and support the knee while doing itI don’t know if the side attachment is meant for flyes, but flyes certainly can’t be done on it because it is too short. Max you can do is a lying, bicep curlDecline position is hardly any decline. You’ll have to add padding to the front base to accomplish a decent decline.Verdict:Forget the multifunctional part. If you’re <=5’8, you can buy it for bench press and other stuff a plain bench can deal withIf you’re above 5’8, you’re better off buying a bench without a bar mount.
