I would suggest you size 1/2 to 1 full size dependent on how wide your foot looks. I have a large blister on one of my toes. They're great for Zumba/hip hop/aerobics and circuit training. I've had them for a week, and I walk further than the average person (about 15 blocks/1 way to the gym) and some of the tread (it's light) is already wearing off in places.
