Heavy enough to work out well in the winter but not too heavy for summer time! Looks great in person and so many colors go so well with it. There is actual stuffing in the comforter so it's a bit lumpy in one or two spots but you can't tell when looking at the bed spread and it's super soft. What a disaster! Whatever the comforter was filled with shifted and bunched which caused the fabric to tear. After she dryed it on low, the filling was crinkly and stuck together. My daughter contacted customer service months ago. They told her to send pictures of the damaged comforter. Thus far she hasn't heard back from them.
