It's great for me to fit one of my winterish fleeces under and it still be easy to move around in. Feels great when set up with good layering. I tried various fleeces and found one I thought a perfect fit and it is also windproof/shower proof so I'm really windproof with this combination and I'm sure pretty rainproof also.The sleeves are long (good for a winter coat) and the length is great in this large size for me. The chest pocket is cave like (it's big), The arm pocket is a bit weird as it fills over your bicep but is only for small items. The waist zip pockets double as inside non-zipped storage and there are 2 waist adjusters, one on each side of the jacket hem but they are a bit fiddly and not greatly effective. The sleeves cuffs have no adjustment but work perfectly over my fleece. The jacket material thickness is not very thick or padded but good for a cold weather outer layer. It's not very stretchy but there is a little give, though with this big size I don't need it to much.This is my coat/fleece combo if I ever find myself out walking on a cold rainy windy day. I'll probably be very snug and actually even enjoy the crap weather.I'd get a smaller size if I wanted less layering and to use it for active working but for just wanting a big winter outer jacket this for me is very nice and I like the grey black comb. It looks the part of just a great jacket, maybe to nice to destroy on a building site but I won't be doing that with it so it should last a long time but you'd maybe get a year out of it if giving it a lot of abuse. As always with Result stuff I have found, it seems perfectly well made.Edit: Since the above bought a Black version in 3xl, actually bought 2 in black, very nice. Now ordered the blue in 2xl for wearing less layers underneath. So yes, Iike them for sure. Sleeves a bit on long side with the 3xl so works better for me with something like a fleece underneath. Should be better on the 2xl for lighter wearing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for money *by G***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 April 2019* works well with an under layer, even in temps close to zero C. Impervious to even heavy rain, its a good buy.
