From the first night I wore them my sleep has improved. I put them on in the evening and wear them when I read my kindle in bed. I have MG dysfunction and they've really made a difference. The only issue is they are really hard to keep clean and I don't know how long they will last.But they come with a years warranty and, for the price, I think they are more than worth it.
