Review: Customer Service Is Awesome! - This was the second refurbished Plantronics Headset System we've ordered. The set up is super easy and it works very well. This second order, however the receiver notch was hanging on by a plastic "thread" and no matter how careful I was to attach it to the headset band, it snapped. I texted Matt right away, who had hand written a note on the order form asking to text if there was any issues or anything missed. I explained the issue of the broken notch and attached photos of the broken pieces. Matt was great, he assured me that I didn't have to return the whole system, and he said he would get a replacement out right away. The system is great and works well for what we need, it comes with the over the ear attachment and the headset attachment, which some sets do not. I'd recommend this set if you're looking for a decent refurbished headset system.
