I don't feel like they are actually doing anything at all. It honestly feels like I'm rubbing a stuffed animal on my face.- the indicator strip was not explained at all on the box, so when I received this in my Amazon subscription, I almost tried to remove it. It looked like a blister pack of cleanser or something and has what looks like a pull tab on the back.- the bristles are very fine and before even using it once, they were frayed sideways, with some trapped under the travel cap that are now permanently bent. Any time I try to replace the cap, it's impossible to get all the bristles as they always get stuck around the edges.- the hole in the center is at least twice the size of the old head, and since the center ring is the part that oscillates, there is much less surface that actually cleans. You can also forget about putting cleanser in the giant hole.- after using it once, I did my best (as I always do) to dry it off, as I dont want anything growing in there between uses. I think something about the finer, more packed bristles doesn't let it dry fully. The next day it smelled like mildew and was very offputting.- finally, this head is more expensive. and for how little it actually performs, I will need to start looking for an alternative. Due to the cost, I will use this one until this indicator strip tells me to replace, but I am very wary about trying any other "new" brush heads, as my skin is sensitive and the last head worked for me for so long. It is very frustrating to find a routine that works, then having to change it up, especially after spending so much money on the device.Very disappointed and will be cancelling my subscription. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great on my sensitive skin *by E***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 2, 2019* It took a lot of trial and error but I’ve finally found a brush head that most closely resembles my old original that has since been discontinued. I have very sensitive skin so I was using the long Luxe brush head but I didn’t find it gave me the clarifying cleaning that I like. I then tried the brush head designed for acne prone skin, thinking it would be gentle enough for my sensitive skin while giving me the type of cleaning I was expecting but that was still pretty rough and I found that I didn’t even want to use my Clarisonic because it made my skin hurt.I went back and forth between this and the Radiance brush head but am glad I chose this. This is perfect. The bristles, both in length and density, remind me of the old school original. The only difference is the little rubber pegs on the outer ring. Now that I’ve been able to use my device regularly, I’m seeing the clarity and brightness in my skin that I’m used to, so I’m happy. ### ⭐ Hole in middle of brush is a problem for me *by A***C on Reviewed in the United States on April 13, 2019* I really like the original brush for sensitive skin and have been using a Clarisonic for several years. This new brush head has a circular gap in the middle of the brush and I just flat-out don't like it.
