Review: Helpful for my Ostomy Routine - I was having some trouble with leaks, and I read online that Convatec made the best Ostomy paste. So I tried it and it is working well for me. I put a thin ring of paste around the skin side hole in my flange, then wait a minute for the paste to set, then apply and hold to my skin for a minute. It is working for me to help seal things up and give me longer wear time.

Apply Skin Prep first, then Stomadhesive, (this) then gently & evenly press down around stoma so Stomadhesive flattens a bit to seal around stoma. Prevents leaks that leak down between stoma and wafer and frequent wafer changes. Only complaint is the tube is too small for the $.

A: No the past seals to the skin, It works great to prevent leaks. Your skin must be dry not wet or damp for both barrier and paste to work and last over a week..
